As exchange students, you will discover a very friendly working atmosphere, supported by a dedicated staff that offers personal guidance to students throughout their exchange period.
We offer English courses to our exchange students.
Therefore, if you don’t know the French language but wish to study at ISTC, this is possible.
You will also have the opportunity to take a French language class for free!
Our regular students also commit themselves for international students to feel just like at home. The so-called association BDI (Bureau des Internationaux) gathers French students devoted to exchange students.
Throughtout the year, they assist them for administrative tasks, they organize social activities (visit of the city at the beginning of each semester, typical regional restaurants…)

ERASMUS CHARTER
ERASMUS STRATEGY DECLARATION
Driven by its values of Responsibility, ISTC encourages access to higher education for all: specific pedagogical accommodations, teaching formats, schedules, and assessment methods are offered for the benefit of certain categories of students, including students with disabilities or debilitating conditions recognized by the university physician, high-level artistic students, high-level sports students…
Listen to all individuals willing to share their difficulties related to achieving common goals for studying or working at ISTC. Offer simple solutions and/or refer to a specialized physician for specific accommodations. Implement, to the extent feasible, accommodations prescribed by the specialized physician. Universalize, as much as possible, the application of accommodations at ISTC for everyone (individuals with disabilities or not). Connect all types of stakeholders around the issue of disability. Encourage the autonomy of individuals with disabilities.
